I advised him that per our agreement on the lease he now owed his security deposit since the initial term was over, and he found a one word loophole in the wording “next lease” and he delivered me a letter that his lawyer coworker friend wrote on legal letterhead, defending why he didn’t have to pay a deposit!

In my 20+ years of experience in defending clients audited by the IRS, the IRS has never questioned 100% business use of computers.

And I have a lot of respect for the PR side of our operation and am impeded you'd take the time to defend your company on the forum.

Have photos of your property that reflect its condition in case you have to defend it/or make a claim. 

The bankruptcy attorney you hire should be one with real estate "creative financing" experience or you will be paying him for "on the job training" to learn how to defend your interests.

I respect those who chose to be a Realtor and I even respect the role the AREC play in defending consumers.

Trying to be open minded, I can certainly see the realtor's point of view (I am not defending it either way).
