Are you wanting to find something within an hour of where you live or are you open to something farther away?

I live in a rural market and this type of issue with technology may not be as big a factor in urban areas.

(I currently live in south MS, so the Gulf Coast is where I am looking)3.

We are planning to purchase a home and convert it into a community living space for people in recovery.

I'd like to purchase an STR (I probably should have said that), being that I live in South Florida, Orlando isn't too far, but also not close enough that I can drop by anytime, so I thought I'd need a PM, or perhaps just a great team in place as far as a mechanic and cleaner, realtor and lender.Thanks again!

Recently I’ve been living next to an illegal and poorly run STR operation and I can now better empathize with folks who strongly oppose them.

Ideas for some of the paragraphs: - Future Setting: where you live, what you see from your front porch or backyard, what your kitchen/gym look like. - Family: Kids? 

I would probably work with an attorney in North Carolina (or wherever you live) to do some estate planning since you do have young kids.

You need a place to live.
