yes you can and @Dave Foster can handle them, like me, in all states.

In the mean time, I'll be reading, learning and interacting here on Bigger Pockets.I am glad I joined.

Beside working with clients, constantly interacting with our industry insiders helps to keep me current.  

However, @Dave Foster and @Bill Exeter are both well respected and very competent Qualified Intermediaries just like I consider myself to be. 

@Theresa Omeludike Driving neighborhoods and spending time using/interacting with the MLS.

We look forward to interacting with the BP community and getting to know everyone in the area.

Looking to interact with other investors to mutual benefit of course to start it will be one side for the most part.  

I happen to work in an industry where I have direct interaction everyday with investors.
