Since it is remote, I can alter if there's a good reason to do so - over the winter I had to unlock the bottom end because the guests were too hot at 72 degrees (they were running the heat) and the thermostat doesn't have different set points for heat and AC.

I feel in this market it is difficult to get outsized returns (S&P seems very hot and might be hard to sustain 7%+ returns in long term.. but even if so, I’m risk adverse so would probably keep it my HYSA)I did run the numbers if I were to prepay $60,000 now and it appears the IRRs are lower (because of the higher cost basis).

Like imo if your household income with that guy is like $5400, you have no business being there (literally my other was shot at multiple times).
