The DMV market is vibrant and very active, which means as an investor, there are many opportunities to take advantage of and you don't need every one of them.

I'm hoping one day, Detroit will be a leaner, but more vibrant community.

So, in a nutshell, if you have a good number of weekend bookings, it will be worth it.UGA has a very vibrant professional crowd.

And personally I prefer to buy in vibrant markets where there is high housing demand and limited options for affordable housing.  

It's such a vibrant, colorful city.

These people flock to Worcester because it is a small vibrant city.
