I have a property under contract and need to know could I get an extension with HUD if I’m an investor?

Does the 60% the condo-hotel takes include the HOA fees or utilities or replacement of furniture/repairs to the unit like plumbing or stuff like towels and sheets etc?

The BRRRR strategy can be profitable but it requires extensive knowledge, trustworthy contractors and careful market analysis.

You can get cheaper properties closer to the center of Atlanta, but they'll require a more extensive rehab.
