Website over squeeze page... what's your thinking on the main advantages / disadvantages of one over the other?

Hello,This is my first post, it's meant to be a post on the basics of the capital stack and the advantages and disadvantages of equity financing...I figured this would be the appropriate sub-forum to post this in.Capital stacks can come in many forms, the simplest being 100% equity or 100% debt.

Also I've been looking for smallish wholesale deals from other wholesalers, but they're all well over 80% after repair costs, and considering my obligation to child support an maintenance, I think my inexperience is a massive disadvantage and risk, both for finding hard money or getting a funding partner.

I have two goals, 1) to be financially stable with a career in REI and 2) to give back to lower income and disadvantaged communities. 

I run a utility with hundreds of miles of copper and pex and they both have advantages and disadvantages.

It just amplifies the opportunity for things to go wrong, but I guess the "bulk" advantage outweighs the disadvantage. 

I’m a lawyer by trade and before that, an electrical engineer, so therefore have been trained to be risk averse and highly analytical based on numbers.For those wondering, my biggest disadvantages include suffering from “paralysis by analysis” and not really knowing if what I’m thinking of is in line with what’s realistic.

All the while you were making money on the rents.There are several advantages and disadvantages to both sides, and weighing those for your personal investment goals is important.Also in reference to the specific deal, I wouldn't necessarily agree with All Cash that financing the deal is suicidal.

I think there's advantages and disadvantages to it.Waiting a long time and having uncaring people is better than being turned down for treatment because you don't have insurance.

HUD has its advantages and its disadvantages, and most of time if the rent will qualify I'd be willing to work with HUD.
