Above those two, scheduling and time blocking are usually where people are failing.

Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

Its the "blocking and tackling" and going with the basics that keep you out of 90% of the problems that we see people have.

There are a few others here on bigger pockets who have endeavored to do so and can attest to this  (but I will not name them).Basically AHP bought 1000s of low value non-performing loans, these require the most oversight mainly due to the condition of the properties. 

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.

I just finished reading a Bigger Pockets blog post that says Florida will be one of the hottest markets for flippers and landlords in 2025.

I am looking forward to connecting with the Bigger Pockets network. 

Would very much appreciate opinions on whether Canton, Ohio is a good area for buy and hold or flipping, specifically within a few blocks of intersection of routes 43 and 172.  

They have a photo of me and my page warning people that I am a scammer and am banned and blocked.
