The property belongs to a long time friend that is relocating out of state. 

BUT these loans are special in that they can be passed on to a buyer (completely assumable, like they belong to the building vs. the owner).

It could be longer depending on market conditions. 

If there are any belongings in the house you should post it for 10-15 days so when you do toss the items in the house you have a record of posting the door.
