What a day it’s been, I’ve officially closed on my first rental property! 

The final walk through gives you the opportunity to inspect the property before the official sale.

Anyone that has ever read or communicated with a city, county or public regulatory authority can attest to the often frustrating and unclear answers that are received (think DMV) but multiply it by twelve when it has to do with sometimes illogical or biased short term rental permissions. 

We officially moved to PA about a year ago and we are ready to start looking at getting a rental here.

The nearly 70 year population decline is officially reversing now as well.Exciting times ahead for the city!

I've recently started using Intellirent.com for screening, as it further automates the reference checks (only works perfectly if the employers and former landlords respond), but it includes an authorization form (electronically signed by the applicant) that you can download.

I don't know what you signed with the broker or what expectations were reduced to writing, I only know that IF you wish to have an open house and they refuse, and such authority to refuse such a request is not provided in your listing agreement, then you should have the right to terminate that relationship.

I will make her to declare to authority she has nothing to do with the lost check then I will do my part.

When we went under contract with the actual owner (the daughter’s attorney contacted us), we closed on the property officially after redeeming the property on her behalf with the Sheriff’s department (she had a full year to redeem) and then the winning bidder received their 85K back from the Sherrif’s dept along with some interest owed.
