I'm specifically talking about anti-landlording rules such as owner occupant to tenant ratio rules or rules preventing you from renting your unit out until X amount of time passes. 

In full disclosure, we have some customers (there is a difference between customers and clients with us) that have paid fines approaching $50,000.00, with the majority of the fines coming from weaknesses in their anti money laundering compliance.

We do use linoleum in bathrooms and laundry areas in several of our rentals - it's a non-petroleum product (gypsum, wood flour, linseed, pine rosin) which is naturally anti-microbial and, if laid and cared for property, will outlast vinyl flooring.

So yes BP is anti paid training bias for sure but its not all well founded.. there is only so much you can learn listening to a bunch of strangers advice or listen to a pod cast or reading a blog.. most of it is just feel good.. not much is nuts an bolts you will learn more about how to make money in RE hanging with a top producer in your new REal Estate office than learning it here is my opinion.
