I actually had this account from years ago, before my Realtor days and before my mortgage lending days.

The exam not only deepened my understanding of the intricate details but also helped me see the big picture of how our financial system works.

What im hoping to gain from this group is knowledge i cant find anywhere else, i hope to meet people that i can help and people that can help me, I hope i can form good friendships on here, and i hope to find my first rental.

It seems like the real support you would receive from Pad split is them helping find the occupants/tenants And them processing the rent.
