If it sold for $120K in 2007  , and your rent is $2000 a month , the landlord is probably cash flowing rather well .

There are many other options as well including some that are included in property management software products. 

Have since insured a triplex with them as well, saving several hundred dollars in the process.

If they are nice enough for AirBnB, then you are probably ok there as well since the stays will be short.
