Yet they are worrying about things like; start an LLC or not, what tax structure to use, what logo to use, business cards, stationary, do they need to get a separate phone for business, should they get an S-corp, will the be able to deduct part of their mortgage expenses for their home office etc. etc. etc.All of these can be valid questions, however from my observation all these details are often used as escapism for people who are, for some reason or another (fear mostly), not willing to commit and do some business (wholesaling, flipping, land-lording etc.).

I'm sure viewers don't look at every forum, but instead choose to review those that are of most interest and pertinent to their expertise or knowledge base.Why would select a logo for your business that looks like it has a wick in the chimney you could light and blow up?

Erick - when you create your list, make sure - you put the date into a spread sheet - label your columns correctly across the top on the spread sheet - then mail merge into your saved letter#1 (word doc) to the PRIf your list is small - this will be very easyWe're not big ballers - but we still print professional looking letters (logo across the top)our kids stuff the envelopes and put the stamp on them - using this processgood luckMichael Rae
