I only selected your post as the title you used is a good one, it means more new folks may search the "how to start" aspect and find my rant, so, again, not really about you but thanks to you.And, to be in real estate, or to be in the used car business or to break rodeo stock or be in similar rough riding business environments, new folks need to have thicker skin, understand my personality at times is just that of an old kick butt Army guy, I'm not here to teach Sunday School.

It's both clean and in good condition.My plan is to wash down and peel off the walls and ceiling completely, then rinse it all and apply a coat of thinned Kilz Complete oil-based primer followed by a full-strength coat, and then two good coats of Glidden Premium.Anything you can think of that I will need to watch out for?

Another day and a half cutting in the wood trim (2 coats), doors  ( 3 coats due to bleed through )  and 2 closets , and a pantry  and the entire ceiling , all semi gloss white .

I get the yellow lined legal pad but the problems is the paper gets jammed to often. ive been on web to look for yellow lined copy paper only thing i found was on amazon but they want 100 bucks for 500 sheets. does any one know where i can get thicker yellow lined paper at?

gas water heaters and furnaces are cheaper and better than elec.stoves and dryers are more dangerous as it takes brains to run one without letting the lint clog ect.AND a gas stove gives off an oily film that coats the whole house.
