Windows are completely blacked out, big time security measures are in place - including bad butt dogs and fencing - and that any neighbor is too great a risk.

My question is- what if life circumstances change and I need to sell the owner occupied portion within that 3 year window?  

With SB13 allowing bootlegged safe units and the likely extension to the 5 year window due to the shortage of units, I am unsure there is much risk in the near term.  

Windows alone takes sometimes 2 weeks to come in before they can be installed.

Same for windows, doors, relocated walls, and so on.  

So all the normal credit, job checking goes out the window in this case.
