Any 'investment' can act as a 'retirement'.Roth is great because it is tax freeI personally like real estate also becuase your cash flow is normally shielded by depreciation.I like real estate further because there is less complixities / restrictions when it comes to IRA such as the 5 year rule, year you have to take distributions, RMD, Unrelated Business Income Tax(UBIT).Your goal is to have the best return and the most money at the time of retirement, what is the best way to get there?

@Shabar Marshall maybe Las Vegas is different but when I list a condo/hoa for sale, I have already asked the association, if seller doesn’t already know, about parking, pets, and rental restrictions so I can answer those questions vs wasting everyone’s time.

Most times you are probably talking septic systems (otherwise you are in town where things are much more likely to be restrictive (zoning, ccrs, limits on how old units can be, etc)there are considerations for used mobiles that you may not think of initially- , such as for example securing insurance being difficult or near impossible in some cases if the home has been moved more than once.I'd love to hear more input from any others who have dealt in used manufactured (single and doublewides, HUD, made after 1976).
