I am trying to convince my attorney to take this case and after showing him this info on all the others affected maybe we can get some traction on going after these fraudulent people.

Sometimes people will list it low knowing that there are repairs. 

I'll send over some of my go-to recommendations for the people above. 

Now I know there are an army of people that are going to tell me that I should have done my own screening of the public records, and all I can say is I know.

People wanting to be rich today look at it.
