I've worked as a licensed athletic trainer, a maintenance technician for a local school/church, a package handler at FedEx Express, and I own and operate a small landscaping company. 

We don't have the full picture here but if you're married and present well to banks as a 'package deal' (say with your wife) then I might modify some of what I write below....

If your portfolio is a good deal you won't have an issue finding buyers.If you truly have control of a package is one thing, if you are trying to play match maker with no real control, that is a weaker position.

I considered keyless locks but I don't know if that's going to be as much of a draw as a security doorbell so you can see who's knocking on your door at night or when Amazon has dropped off a package.
