Nearby job hubs, facilities, and public transit can draw in both tenants and prospective homeowners.4.

For example, just driving around won't tell me if there's a new housing development or mall or manufacturing facility planned to start construction in the next year or two.

I grew up there before moving to CO.My opinion, I don't think adding solar would be a good use of your resources there, with the new Rec Center being vetoed and all the sports teams not wanting to be a part of the old facilities that are there, I wouldn't do Solar.

I will still make no exceptions for evictions on a record, no matter how other criteria works out, but a divorce, medical bills, student loans, etc., are worth questioning before rejecting.  

Agreed it’s illegal at a Federal level but here in Florida they hand out medical marijuana cards to anyone that will buy one.

We actually have a couple projects we are working on in SC right now for some retail medical operators.   

Not sure how many inquiries you'd get in CA but in NY, landlords have had success with apartments.com, homestay.com, and furnished finder.Facebook groups for the neighborhood and/or facility could yield some results for renter leads.

Our issue is my mother is using Medicaid which is a senior citizen Medical care.
