Hi everyone,For those who took their real estate license class online with AceableAgent, I heard they often offer great discounts and coupons.

I did further investigation and it is my theory that their website was purchased so that it looks like they have an online presence since the early 2010s, and the extreme lack of online information on this company makes it very suspect.

It's just old mom and pop owners, many do not even list the rentals online. 

Those reviews are just part of it, no matter how much we try.

No matter what you do I think you are going to have guests point out that something isn’t working which could lead to annoyance or requests for refunds or bad reviews.Plus, providing bottled water over the long term probably isn’t going to save you much money compared to paying a plumber to get the fridge connected. 

Another option you will see online are companies selling shares to sections or lots of trees via a tree plantation management company.  

Do sunshine and beaches matter more, or a strong job market in your specific field?

Dig deep for online reviews, Better Business Bureau and their State Real Estate Board, etc.- Do be open-minded though as we have many of the above from tenants who claim we illegally evicted them (so, somehow we got a signed Write illegally?)
