If you're looking to transact faster than that, then your only option will be private Buyers.Another alternative, other than the ideas mentioned above, might be to sell part of the land into permanent conservation. 

And your simply charging points and keeping the points and then a service fee. ( interest rate delta). 

They charge a $10K fee and their monthly management fee is 10%.

We even allow pets but charge $50.

They offer interest-only loans, don't charge for appraisals unless the deal actually closes, and have great customer service (they actually close on time unlike some of the lenders my clients have chosen against my advice over the years who ask for my time for underwriting the day before closing).

Question - did the Business Advisors set up all of these entities and how much did they charge you to set them up? 

So I was negotiating with him yesterday and yes this is the one perk in that when I speak to Kiavi, RCN, Roc, Easy Street, I'm never speaking to the guy in charge.
