Joseph, the best method for you would probably be the MLS or sites like realtor.com etc.

If you find it difficult to rent then you can always explore the credit option.

Some agents might offer flexibility, like a non-exclusive agreement, especially if you’re upfront about your plans to explore multiple opportunities.

Without knowing much, I definitely encourage you to explore a lease-to-own option.
