Why not examine where that drive or compulsion is coming from?

Usually, I'll sell a note because I have an over concentration of a particular asset type or product type in my portfolio and a regulator or examiner has told me they recommend (or require) that I reduce that concentration in my portfolio.

We made an offer with all the normal contingencies and in addition, we added contingent on proof of last 6 months rent payment, and satisfactory examination of the lease.  

I emailed the plan examiner and he said they need to know what the load is sitting on (foundation wise,) and the manufacturers specifications for the beam.
