Jayu & me dinner?  

My wife and I still laugh at ourselves over how we broke down everything from cell phone plans to electric bills to what we cooked for dinner.  

If you had all your emergency funds and deposits in there and it was say $5,000 worth of cash, you'd earn $50/year which isn't much, but you could take you wife/gf out to dinner.

In the end it took 5 hours to get it done, there was a bank lawyer who was 3 hours late, incorrect docs from the bank, yelling by everyone, crying sellers, getting kicked out of the seller's attorney's office, an attorney who still used a type writer, a wonderful title rep who canceled her dinner plans and had us shift the closing to her dining room (sans sellers), final check exchange on Monday, and pizza.

I'm from the SF Bay, and I want to LIVE where I'm from.So without a VERY aggressive plan to work my limited money between now and the retirement dinner, I don't see how my time in boots will EVER allow me to retire where I was born and raised.

And I understand it is a business so I will be willing to offer free work/dinner/coffee in return for knowledge and experience!

Heck, even leave business cards after you eat out for dinner (I do it every time!). 

Leave your credit cards at home (except enough to buy dinner and entrance fee). 

I started with Saturday to see if that would work for everyone, and we will not have to deal with traffic, dinner time or other distractions.  

A friend of mine told me about this website last night at dinner and i'm happy to join and be a part of this awesome networking/learning opportunity.
