The true censorship now is basically anything that makes the company looks bad, and that's not for the best of the forums.

About 1/3 were in limbo--neither rebuilding nor selling, while owners tried to decide what to do--sell, rebuild, or fight with the insurance company--or just didn't have the money to rebuild and didn't want to sell.

Your estate agent and the title company should be having them pay any unpaid water bills upon closing - this should be shown on the settlement statement.
