I’m a big fan of the area in the long run, and the SWFL communities have proven their resiliency the past 1.5 years and will continue to do so.

Everytime i engage in a product its more unexpected money being required and I just do not like that.Good information.

Most have their own company's now and stay a part of the community to leverage each other.  

I can find properties that hit the 1% rule in some small communities, but they are having declines in population.

@Placeholder PlaceholderOne word of caution I would advise: If a community or local government is enacting restrictions and also regularly enforcing them, then its often a reflection of the local community sentiment which increases the chance of a neighborhood or nearby resident calling you in if they think you may be running an STR.

I have noticed that properties that allow pets in outdoor based communities perform great as well!

If the community is well-managed and there’s good rental demand, a condo could be a solid choice.
