Just compare it to something that has the same basic attributes but then just be careful about building that was done outside of code.

Goodness and longsuffering makes for joy, peace, etc.I do not at all concern myself with my kids' momentary emotions but rather with their character and their spirit. 

Damage is not a homeless problem .... it is a character problem.In this program, the landlord always has the final say in terms of who gets to live in the house. 

I did not like their characters and I do not believe this will be a good relationship.

@Danny Ohalloran - Flexibility and openmindedness is a key attribute to carry as a new employee but also as an investor.  

@Tyler Stone if you can't find someone to hang your license with, I would not view the time you spent on the salesperson courses as a waste/mistake.I often recommend to new investors that they consider sitting through all the pre-license courses (even if they don't ultimately take the exam) as they're a great education and introduction to real estate, and very affordable compared to the information gained.I also tell them that since literally anyone can become a real estate agent, the class (especially an in-person class) can have some... colorful characters🤣Even if you never become an active agent, it's a very good set of introductory knowledge about real estate, and it's also very helpful to know when dealing with agents in the future - as you almost certainly will at some point.

However taking an advantage of a seller through unethical practices disqualifies any ethical argument attributed to services rendered.

It’s unethical and plenty easy to “take care of your family” without the hit to your character/integrity.
