Let's face it, older guests have trouble with tech generally speaking.

It’s been my observation that a lot of today’s real estate investors have not been through a market correction, therefore they're still being aggressive because they haven’t faced any consequences of being too aggressive at the wrong time.

It seems to be a human knee-jerk reaction to show resilience in the face of disaster.My theory is that the second line of houses looking at the debris field in front of them are more likely to sell.

Not choosing to do something because you don’t want someone to be paid makes no sense (cutting off ones’s nose to spite one’s face).

I've seen a lot of face-value high earning professionals be lousy to their neighbors over time, so do not pick sides.

I have been trying to get landlords on board with my Airbnb arbitrage proposal, but I keep facing rejection. 

We have to keep in mind flippers have a bad reputation of doing the bare minimum and making loads of money (which we know isn't true).It would be hard for me to recommend remodeling it without spending more time on it.
