Do you supply tenants with air filters?

I didn't do an exhaustive search, so this location is just an example.I'm considering either Reno or Las Vegas, but Las Vegas looks like a better location for this, since it has more direct flights to other international airports, and has more visitors to generate STR income.

I agree with all of the fixes being cheap and easy (except for potentially the moisture), but am I the only one confused by this:"- No air filter and nowhere to place one on HVAC"What does this mean? 

Are you just looking at their calendar on Air BnB?

Property is well kept; Added refrigerated air replacing the swam cooling system that was there when I purchased it.

I use my CC get my cash rewards/ air miles run them up during projects to conserve cash incase I find the next deal.

Take into account: bedroom and bathroom counts, square footage of the unit, whether parking is included, whether laundry in in-unit or not or nonexistent, central air vs. window units vs. nothing, and the general condition and age of the interior.Good luck!

The comparable on Air BnB are few, but seem to be renting around $65-85/night.

For MTRs I do not use air bnb. so no I have not.

Our original strategy included St John as a lifestyle air bnb play while working remotely and living summer to summer.
