I'm from Owensboro,Kentucky.I currently work in the aluminum industry.Have a farming background as well as other real estate.Have 5 single family rentals.Also have completed and marketed 3 flips.

As soon as you ask for a copy, their story changes.I hired a roofer years ago who had a 20 year old employee rest an aluminum ladder against power lines.

I've got a rehab with either aluminum or metal windows that look to be about 20 years old.

I still have the original 1960's aluminum windows on mine.

Also, I won't be simply replacing the glass, I am going to replace the entire window since they happened to be the only 2 old aluminum windows in the house.

My tape/float guys are confident that they can make this look good.Put an aluminum L trim on it, something from Fry Reglet probably.
