Hi @Eddie T.We used to have this available, but it was so widely abused that we had to remove the ability to message anyone.

@Mindy Jensen  Yes Mindy I guess you either have business ethics or you don't... really boils down to that.I get it if I am personally in a transaction or others that are experienced .. but its the abuse of unsophisticated sellers that really wrong. but then again I am not the wholesale police LOL

Issue 10-99 for the moving cost to the tenant would be a good way to avoid the landlord getting abused.

I discovered there is a fair amount of abuse in online referrals, both on forums and via email. 

The last message I felt almost racial abused since he is questioning us based on our skin color??? 

Where we use this they can't put water bill in their name and pass thru doesn't make  unless they are abusing it.

I would like to know you guys opinions: - it is renter's choice of their life style so I have no place to say anything about their living conditions, even they are abusing my property? 

If it's riddled with murder, rape, sexual assault.......or are they all minor drug charges....
