@Elizabeth Colegrove Enjoyed your Podcast #103.Been to Lemoore. the six mile trip from supply to receiving was amazing driving through corn fields, and never leaving the base.One thing I didn't hear you mention was housing allowance.I'm not buying negative cash flow, used to figuring the positive cash flow properties would cancel out the negative, but I don't do that any more.I look at appreciation and tax savings as extras, nice to have, but I'm looking at the basic numbers not counting on either appreciation or tax savings.
