There are lots of compliant residents.

Not to mention the loss of jobs with the robot built houses and the less maintenance needed on a concrete house.I feel there will be a large governmental resistance to them because of what they are going to do to the economy but the cat is out of the Bag.

The only thing is to avoid making any disqualified transactions either direct or indirect to remain compliant. 

They would by a small property for cash (or a fractional ownership in a debt free 1031 compliant product). 

I might hire a sub do so some minor concrete work and a roofing contractor as well but all of the rest of the work I do myself.

We have made no concrete moves forward yet as we are still hunting for our target market to beginning to develop contacts in. 

Example of issues: front window squeals when windy outside, lots of concrete around pool is severely cracked.
