Strangely enough, the eviction WOULD have taken place yesterday.

Hi All,I am looking at a deal currently on a $72,000 property, where the loan amount would be $57,600 (20%).Everything looks good and the rate from the lender is 4.75%, which works well for me.The closing costs are strangely high, though.

I am not aware of any deal they have done that has gone south like I funding apparently has.. so why I funding would jump over these guys in reputation is a little strange to me.

You can ask you lender to give you a mortgage history statement and the bank may except that...it is strange that you lender is asking to prove all 12 months if you credit report show no lates for those mortgage.
