Due to the oil industry taking a nose dive industry here has slowed down greatly.

Because BP is first an internet business, that means they rely on post counts and activity, one of the heavier topics for post counts is the wholesaling threads, they can't be expected to cut their nose off to spite their face, nor are they responsible for bad information on a public forum.

Yes I realize that anyone could potentially say "I want that" and go grab it under my nose, but there in lies my faith in humanity - and the BP group. 

In my experience landlords who stick their nose up at SEC 8 have never participated, have not participated in this decade, or have done a poor job os screening and holding the tenants accountable.

It's not to say deals can't be found here in Utah, they're just hard to come buy unless you want to pay through the nose.
