I have come across several companies like Legal Zoom, Zen Business and many others, some which I think want to overcharged me.  

It feels as though they are overcharging in most cases and taking advantage of the fact that I invest out of my area.

At this point I am convinced that I can learn a couple hundred dollars worth at the 3 day, but the next step of $39,000 is over charging for information available on the Internet and eBay.

I want to make sure I am not lowballing myself as well as overcharging for rent and losing potential tenants.

You've been over-charging them for five of the months for a total of seven days of rent every year.You should contact your tenant, repent for your accounting error, and refund a week of rent.Greedy bastage.

Realize your contractor is not over-charging you and the small defect in workmanship you blew a gasket on was not really a big deal.LOL.

Don't use this as an opportunity to be another person who overcharges a disadvantaged person, especially family.

That way, we are notified if they stop making payments which allows us to evict if they don't reinstate.I don't want to pay or to charge because set-up would be additional hassle for me and I don't want to venture into any gray areas of liability issues and/or overcharging tenants.
