Now, at face value it would seem that having a paid off house and bigger cashflow is desirable, but it misses a LOT of depth on the overall picture. for instance, I have a mortgage on the property I posted for 100% of my invested funds, meaning I have no money in the deal.

Sewer pipe replacement is reasonably easy, though can get a bit costly based on length, depth, and if anything else needs to be removed to get to it.

It’s an easy process, but can get pricey based on the depth and what needs to be dug through (and later replaced)There snare companies that do trenchless replacement - basically a hole is dug at the curb and the new pipe is pulled through the old pipe, breaking up the old pipe in the process.

Stocks are shaky and I'm sick of Trump manipulating the market (intentionally or not, probably unintentionally) and the general flip-flopping of politics right now with China/NK, not to mention the other markets (Italy) that are having some troubling signs.
