@Shiloh Lundahl It is a complex strategy but if @Tyler Garza does his homework, finds local resources, and follows the laws, it is very attainable.

There is some but you FB or local event would produce more.

He is a wealth of knowledge on the area and is actively investing locally as well.

Ensure the property’s price aligns with market trends, and work with a local realtor to help with due diligence and negotiation.Good luck!
