Hey @Javon Dixon , one that I've found that works great for me is - www.any.do It works on both IOS & Android.

But it also takes the logging feature one step further by taking a picture of whoever is at the door and sending it to your iOS or Android phone, whether you’re home or not.

The payments, though, are sometimes IO.$50K at 4% is a monthly IO payment of $167.

I'm sure they have a lot of critics though.The average length of homeownership is nowhere near 30 or 40 years so most people never end up paying off their homes as a result.If your goal is cash flow today, then a 40 year loan with a 10 year IO period is about as good as you can get.If your goal is to have a paid off property in retirement, you should obviously lean towards a fully amortized loan on as short of a term as possible.

Is it a IPhone 6 issue or IOS 8 ? 

Does anyone have experience doing multi-unit property house hacking with financing strategy to minimize down payment and something like 5/1ARM with IO? 

I love 5/1 and 7/1 ARMs right now.The 30yr with 10 yr I/O is also really interesting and bodes well for savvy investors with good underwriting skills.
