Now that I am an investor, I see why, I have always paid rent on time, don't annoy neighbors, and only reach out to my landlord for real issues.I have however lived in corporate owned large apartment buildings, where I got hit with huge rent increases at lease end.

Its more like, imagine you can use a well established RECF platform of your choice as a template, replace the logo and company info with your own, and wala you have a RECF platform.

@Stefan Dickert   check out Myrarebird.com  they have once a month meetings it cost a little bit to join them but they don't pitch products and give some good solid advice from what I witnessed. the two gentlemen who run it are VERY knowledgeable and good guys to know.My daughter is in corporate finance at Intel so you can imagine with the shake ups how busy she has been LOL.. wish you the best

Counters and cabinetry features as well need to be incorporated into the design.I would install the range and range hood in a place with good exterior ducting and ample counter space on both sides.
