We love Jerrylls clients (because they tend to get solid results), it is the long blocks of custom CSS... if the customer messed up part of the code... our support reps aren't coders... so we can't go fix everyones custom code (but ChatGPT can now :-).

I can tell you that their involvement is on the financing side only, as they work with local installer partners on the back end with the installer managing the customer relationship so Mosaic wouldn’t typically interact with the customer directly which might explain the gap in the line of communication.

Banks and institutional servicers are not usually willing to get involved and assist customers and stick to the servicing agreement to the letter to avoid liabilities, and that makes good business sence, but we adminstered deals that were underwritten and failure was not an option!

Sure, but I agree that until you really know your problems with scale you can't justify the cost of a custom or premium software solution.
