Not to split too fine a hair but that is not close to being a Victorian.  

In this case it's been a hair over 4 years since the homeowner passed away.

But one thing's for sure when you start getting financial investment advice from your hair dresser and shoe shine man it's time to put your money into cash and sit on the sidelines.

Leave the tough ones like the hair crack in the ceiling.  

I moved to Florida 3 years ago and down here, you pay the full purchase price the day of the sale and you buy it with all the hair attached to it.  

I would recommend this because its durable, expands and contracts, bridges over hair line cracks and isn't the hardest paint to work with!!
