Really cool to see a pro athlete from Greece diving into real estate!

I have been considering joining AAGLA and know they have lease forms and other forms, but it is $199/yr.In the next couple months, I am looking to get a standard CA NAA lease written up with RUBS for water and sewer billing and a requirement for the tenants to carry their own renters insurance policies with $100K or so (if there are recommendations around this please let me know) liability limits.Does the community here have any advice on how best to do this and where I could get a lease form that does the trick?

I am very new to this and I am a fish out of water just flopping around trying to figure it out. 

Moisture/water/mold is a tougher problem than mice.

Because the land already has all the utilities infra that it's needed water, sewer, electricity.

For the gas stove, start by removing the grates and soaking them in warm, soapy water.

Hurricanes are making me leave the state BUT I live and own on the water.

With rents cooling off, some landlords are becoming more desperate to fill vacancies and may be more inclined to approve tenants who don’t quite meet all the usual criteria.

We have not done anything on the land yet because its very far from all our primary residences and does not have basic things like a well paved road and a water source.
