On the same note I have tried to get her to invest in other properties with me and she is terribly risk adverse and just can’t stand the thought of having her name and credit being attached to a large mortgage even though I have explained numerous times about how the bills and mortgage payments are made by the rent payments. 97% of the time she continues to be supportive of me pursuing the real estate on my own and has been supportive of me retiring from my job to pursue it full time.

A title plant is an aggregation of all public records in a particular region effecting real property, including personal judgments since they may attach to real property, indexed either by Grantor/Grantee or geographically (legal description).I suspect most underwriters are already developing AI applications for the search, examination and underwriting of title policies.

My dad has 3 LT rental properties (one which has a huge unfinished basement and a huge old greenhouse attached that i can build 3-6units or so). he has a beginners lvl knowledge i would say of RE. but he likes new construction bc theyre brand new and will have less headache. and yes i understand it was a bunch of RE jargon haha apologies. as you can definitely tell i am just unsure of what my next step should be and im a little scared if im being honest. i dont want to make a bad decision. no i dont own my own home, i live with my famly currently. which part sounds better than real life?
