Would like to do more ponds on our Country Subdivision projects here in Iowa, but the Corp of Engineers governs these, and this same pond would have cost $80,000 to $120,000 for the "Right to build"; not to actually build here. 

I have a waiting list for tenants as my rentals are all where people actually want to live.

Very few providers are actually internally sourcing all of their national real estate data—there is lots of copying and stealing.

Is it in a flood zone that actually floods?

I actually enjoy visiting there from time to time. 

Have you actually talked to a bank?

Do these messages disclose that you aren't speaking with the actual owner if you aren't? 

I would caution you with searching for lenders as those that don't follow a draw process or will lend on anything may not actually be a lender and trying to scam you.
