It's not saying you have to act or be someone you aren't, but just be more self aware of how others who are your clients might perceive it.

@Jill Haselman FYI:  personal letters are no longer advised/allowed by licensed agents for discrimination issues..And its not always the buyer's agent fault... there are plenty of actors in a transaction (don't forget the seller's friends, family and social media) as well as still a strong seller's market.
