I first thought of K town because of the influx of Korean visitors.

Maybe they don't allow home-stay VRBO so that visitors to this small town will have positive, professionally managed experiences vs staying in someone's home and possibly having a questionable one. 

I do wonder if counties will restrict vacation rentals should they have fears of infected visitors (Arizona to Southern California) etc...

Then with new tenants with cars it changed & they were constantly at odds about parking & keeping the driveway clear of snow/debris (our plow guy couldn't fit down the driveway) & their visitors parking, some in the driveway o/night.
