In my opinion, a lot of people just "hanging around" during the day is an indicator that there may a high level of legal unemployment in the neighborhood which is a bad, bad sign.

We saw a dip in inquires for our units from March - May as well because of COVID and the school not knowing if they were going to bring classes back on campus or not.

I know the area extremely well and have never seen a beachfront rental that cheap anywhere along the coast in the Riviera Maya.
