The property manager must make a profit, otherwise there is no incentive to provide the service.

Big things is be realistic on timing and maybe provide a mover and or storage unit deposit as they may not be able to figure that part out on their own.

Hey BP Family,A neighbor of mine passed away about 2 months ago and I have been trying to contact the family (trust) to see if they were going to be selling the property.
